Events / Beaches
From tiny rocky coves you can only reach by boat or clambering over the mountains to long stretches of brilliant white sand with lively bars and bustling restaurants serving delicious paella.
As you’d expect, Mallorca has a selection of beaches for you discover unlike anywhere else in the world.
Our favourite five beaches in Mallorca
- Formentor – a long, narrow beach of fine, nearly white sand on the Formentor Peninsula with breathtaking views across the bay and the mountains behind.
- Puerto de Pollensa – spacious, wide beach which is ideal for children and a great favourite with sailors and windsurfers. Further up the bay towards Alcudia you find an all favorite Kite surfer paradies.
-
Cala San Vincente – the name for the white sand beaches of Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molins, all with crystal clear water and wonderful views.
-
Playa de Muro – a three kilometre long beach in the centre of the Bay of Alcudia.
-
Es Trenc – probably the single most famous beach in Mallorca and one the last which is truly unspoilt.
